This innovation slashes the weight of load cells by as much as 50% or so, without compromising on quality, accuracy, reliability, or durability.
This reduction in weight has exciting implications for numerous applications, particularly wherever system weight is a prime concern. For example, in the medical field, these lightweight load cells are ideal for infant scales, fluid weighing and monitoring, and hospital beds. Because vLite™ also meets the needs of legal for trade weighing applications, these innovative load cells are also ideal for such as grocery checkout scales, portable retail scales such as those used at farmers markets, postal scales, and packaging and filling machines.
